The church has five elders in addition to the pastor. They are:

  • David Evans is a biology lecturer at Oxford Brookes University.
  • John Callow is a retired missionary, who used to work (and still does in a consultative capacity) for Wycliffe Bible Translators.
  • John Severn is a bible translator working in the UK with a language group outside the UK.
  • Josh Monteiro is a regional staff worker for UCCF.
  • David Trebilcock is a community worker with the Shout! Project in Oxford.
