I’ve been pondering writing this for some time. But I’ve always hesitated- partly because a blog seems mildly pretentious and partly because there is already so much material out there on the internet.

However, I’ve also felt that there is more I want to teach and pass on than is possible in a thirty minute slot on a Sunday. So I’m making a start and we’ll see how it progresses. I expect it to be a mixture of material- book reviews, reflections on current issues, church news and extra material from passages preached on Sundays that ended up being cut.

There is plenty of other material out there. The only distinctive I can claim for this is that it is written with Woody Road in mind. Obviously those from outside the church are welcome to read it- but I’ll be writing for the church family here rather than simply throwing random thoughts into the ether. Feedback welcome!
